question
We designed and built a renovated skatepark in Wolvega for the municipality of Weststellingwerf. It was important that the park would be attractive to both young beginners and advanced users. In addition, the park had to blend in well with the green surroundings of the park in which it is located.
Our solution
SkateOn designed a varied concrete skatepark with flowing lines, suitable for multiple disciplines. By using natural transitions and integration into the landscape, the park remains friendly to local residents and visually fits into the environment. Future green maintenance has been taken into account.
