question
We wanted a skatepark for young and old, accessible to scooters, BMX riders, and skaters alike. It was important that the design promotes sportsmanship, meeting, and inclusion, in line with the “Younger at Heart” project.
Our solution
In 2021, SkateOn built a versatile concrete skatepark of approximately 500 m² with a mix of street and flow elements. The user-friendly layout makes the park accessible to beginners, while remaining challenging for advanced users. A great deal of attention has been paid to seating and integration into the park landscape.
