question
The municipality of Beverwijk wanted to realize a small-scale skate park in Wijk aan Zee, with a playful character and a natural look. The park had to be suitable for the youth from the village and be inviting for recreational use.
Our solution
In collaboration with local youth, SkateOn realized a compact, organically shaped skate park. The choice of concrete elements with rounded shapes makes the park inviting and safe. The integration with greenery and seating edges contributes to the residential value for the entire neighborhood.
