Against the dunes of Katwijk aan Zee was an outdated but popular skate facility. The municipality responded to the youth’s request to have a modern skate park designed and built.
Our solution
The result is a unique two-part skate park divided into a huge bowl and a street park. The bowl caters to the absolute best in skateboarding and BMXing, designed entirely to the taste of the locals. The street park offers space for beginners and technical skaters. Because of these design choices, the park offers challenge in variety and in heights and obstacles.
